The three bedrooms are actually spacious (not those cramped “technically a bedroom” situations you sometimes get), and each one opens onto its own lanai. I spent way too much time on those covered porches with my morning coffee, just watching the waves roll in.

What really sold me on this place was how they nailed the details that actually matter when you’re on vacation. The ACs work properly – all of them – which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong. The hot tub sits right on the main deck where you can soak while watching the sunset, and yeah, it sounds cheesy but it’s pretty spectacular. The building has this nice pool area that never felt overcrowded (I was there in March, so maybe peak season is different), plus there’s a sauna that I’ll admit I used more than expected. Sometimes you just need to sweat out all that vacation food, you know?

But here’s the thing that really sets this spot apart – you’re literally steps from the beach. I’m not talking about a five-minute walk or “beach access nearby.” I mean you grab your towel, walk down some stairs, and you’re on sand. The beach here isn’t super crowded either, probably because it’s not one of those main tourist strips. I’d head down around 7 AM for my run and basically had the whole stretch to myself. The water’s warm enough that you’ll actually want to swim, not just wade in for photos. Evenings were perfect for walking – soft sand, decent waves, and usually a pretty solid sunset show. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the building can get a bit echoey in the hallways, but once you’re inside the unit, it’s perfectly quiet. Parking was straightforward too, which saved me the usual vacation rental headache of driving around looking for a spot. If you’re the type who wants to feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just visiting, this place delivers on that vibe.
