  It was fenced in with a remote control for easy access. Very dark & generally quiet (except for the coqui frogs of course). Air conditioning in both bedrooms are very quiet and made our stay very comfortable. Host met us on day one and was very nice. She didn’t hover or disrupt us the rest of the trip:) We also had an enclosed garage parking with remote, and used the covered patio & bbq grill a couple times. As a bonus, we also used the washer & dryer with detergent available.
