I mean, who leads with air conditioning in the hotel name, right? But honestly, after spending a few nights there, I totally get it. The AC is actually fantastic (and you’ll appreciate that more than you think), plus the whole place has this fresh, just-opened vibe that’s pretty refreshing.

The suite itself is surprisingly spacious – like, genuinely two full bedrooms with enough room that you’re not tripping over each other’s stuff. What really caught me off guard was how thoughtfully everything’s laid out. The kitchen area has all the basics you’d actually want to use, not just the weird gadgets hotels sometimes throw in there. And you know what? The living space feels lived-in comfortable rather than hotel sterile, which is rare for a 3-star place. The whole setup works really well if you’re traveling with family or friends who need some space to spread out. I kept expecting to find corners where they’d cut costs (because honestly, a 9.3 rating seemed almost too good), but the finishes are solid and everything actually functions properly – the shower has great pressure, the Wi-Fi doesn’t drop every five minutes, that sort of thing.

What strikes me most is how this place manages to feel both new and comfortable at the same time. Sometimes brand new hotels are all shiny surfaces with zero personality, but there’s something welcoming here that’s hard to put into words. Maybe it’s the lighting (warm, not harsh) or the fact that they didn’t go overboard with trendy design choices that’ll look dated in two years. The beds are legitimately comfortable – not just “hotel comfortable” but actually good sleep comfortable. And here’s a small thing that matters: the blackout curtains actually block light, which is surprisingly rare. I’m usually up with the sun whether I want to be or not, but I slept in until 9 AM without even trying. The location might not be in the thick of everything (the address situation seems a bit unclear), but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – close enough to get where you’re going, far enough away that you’re not dealing with street noise until 3 AM. For what you’re paying at a 3-star level, you’re definitely getting more space and comfort than most places in this category.

  It was fenced in with a remote control for easy access. Very dark & generally quiet (except for the coqui frogs of course). Air conditioning in both bedrooms are very quiet and made our stay very comfortable. Host met us on day one and was very nice. She didn’t hover or disrupt us the rest of the trip:) We also had an enclosed garage parking with remote, and used the covered patio & bbq grill a couple times. As a bonus, we also used the washer & dryer with detergent available.
