  My unit was a top unit of a duplex with beautiful views coastline, blue skies, and miles of ocean, secured with a gated fence. Pretty amazing views! (not sure how different a ground unit would feel). Very peaceful and quiet, felt like I was in a rustic cabin and occasionally you hear and see the wild pigs walking about on the ground below, which was fun. Apt was comfortable, no a/c but that's okay – you just open up all the windows and there is enough cooler air at night to cool it down. A bag of Kona coffee was provided in the kitchenette which was great and lasted the entire time! The owner lives in a unit on the property, nice guy, enjoyed chatting with him. The wall is thin to adjoining unit, so this place is best suited for a more quiet couple who enjoys the peacefulness and serenity of Kona, and yet it's a very short drive down to all the restaurants and shopping on Ali'i drive. Enjoyed sitting outside on the Lanai deck with a big table; it was a nice place to eat breakfast while enjoying the views on the big island.

  ベッドもふかふかで快適！！
  お部屋の中も綺麗にお掃除されており、気持ちよく過ごせました！
  高台にあるので見晴らしがよく、夕日も朝日もうっとり。
  鳥のさえずりや虫の声も聞こえて、自然を感じることが出来てリラックスできました！
  またハワイ島に行く際は利用したいと思います！
