The building’s got this quieter energy too, probably because most guests are staying longer than the typical three-night vacation crowd. You’ll hear more conversations in the elevator about weekly farmers markets and local hiking spots rather than frantically planned itineraries.

What I really appreciate is how they’ve managed to maintain that high-end feel without the pretentious resort attitude. The staff actually remembers your name after a couple days, and they’re genuinely helpful with local recommendations — not just pushing the usual tourist traps. Parking’s handled (which, if you’ve ever tried to park in Waikiki, you know is worth its weight in gold), and you’re close enough to the action that you can walk to everything but far enough from the Kalakaua circus that you can actually sleep at night. The beach access is straightforward, and honestly, being right on Kuhio Beach means you get those classic Waikiki views without having to fight crowds for a decent spot on the sand. It’s the kind of place where you start planning your next trip back before you’ve even checked out — and with a 9.4 rating, I’m clearly not the only one who feels that way about it.

  Amazing ocean views from the 12th floor, a fabulously spacious and well designed apartment. The balcony was huge and provided may hours of people watching! Close to all the shops restaurants and bars, would absolutely recommend and will definitely stay here again if ever back in Waikiki.
