Honestly, when I first walked into this corner suite, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place – but you know what really caught me off guard? Those tropical views actually deliver. I mean, you’re getting floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides since it’s a corner unit, and the morning light just floods the whole space. The two bedrooms are surprisingly spacious too, which is perfect if you’re traveling with family or don’t want to be tripping over each other’s suitcases.

The thing about this place is it’s got that lived-in comfort without feeling worn down, if that makes sense. The kitchen’s actually functional – I’m talking full-size appliances, not those tiny hotel fridges that barely fit a water bottle. I ended up cooking breakfast a few mornings because, well, why not save some money and enjoy that view with your coffee? The air conditioning works great (crucial in the tropics, trust me), though the unit in the main bedroom can be a bit noisy at night if you’re a light sleeper. The WiFi was solid throughout my stay, which honestly surprised me given some of the horror stories you hear about vacation rentals.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being well-positioned. You’re not dealing with street noise, but you’re also not stuck way out somewhere inconvenient. Parking was straightforward – there’s a designated spot, which anyone who’s circled blocks looking for parking in vacation areas will appreciate. The check-in process was smooth, though I’d recommend confirming arrival times ahead of time since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. Look, it’s not going to blow you away with luxury touches, but for the price point and that corner location with genuine tropical scenery? It’s a solid choice, especially if you want space to spread out and maybe cook a meal or two instead of eating out every night.

  We found the property very clean and sufficient props to allow us to cook some meals in whilst on vacation. Our host was exceptionally responsive with communication after all our questions leading up to our stay.

  The views were absolutely amazing as you are on the 28TH floor of a hotel right at the start of Waikiki. From one of the bedrooms you can see all the way down Waikiki and Diamond Head, which is an amazing view especially at sunset.
  The location is around a 10 minute walk to the heart of Waikiki, and around 15 minutes to Ala Moana mall.
  The flat itself had big comfortable beds, as well as the kitchen and bathroom.
  Felt very safe staying there as the hotel lobby has 24 hour security and hotel cards must be used to access the elevator.
  The host is super responsive and friendly.

  Reasonably convenient to both Waikiki and Ala Moana areas. The pool was nice and not crowded like often in the hotels.

  Nice location. We paid for the onsite parking for our rental car. That was convenient. Nice size bedrooms. The unit is on the 28th floor and there is an express elevator which is helpful. The bakery in the lobby is excellent! Don’t miss it.

  Everything was easy access, familiarizing yourself to the area was no problem at all. Space was cozy, floors were clean and polished. Views of the city were beautiful. Amenities were exquisite, wifi strong, smart TV and air-conditioner worked fine.

  The views of tha Ala Wai, University of Hawaii, Diamond Head, etc were excellent. The condo was beautiful and included a lot of things you wouldn’t think of bringing, which was nice. Shenae was great and quick to respond to questions. The location at the beginning of Waikiki was good because you didn’t have to drive down busy roads. The value you get is unmatched.
