The Hilton and Marriott properties are practically next door, so you get access to their amenities and dining options too. What I loved most was being able to stroll down to the petroglyph preserve in the evening — it’s this hidden gem that most tourists miss, but it’s literally a five-minute walk from the condo.

The Resort Experience

The complex has this nice pool area that never felt overcrowded during my stay, probably because a lot of guests end up at the beach clubs nearby. Speaking of beaches, you’re close enough to both Anaehoomalu Bay and the Mauna Kea Beach that you can easily hit different spots depending on your mood. A-Bay (that’s what locals call it) is perfect for sunset drinks, while Mauna Kea Beach is where you go when you want that postcard-perfect white sand experience. The shuttle service around the resort area actually works pretty well too, which was a pleasant surprise.
