The whole place feels like someone actually lives there part-time rather than just buying the cheapest furniture possible and calling it a day.

The pool situation is where this place really shines though. You can basically roll out of bed, grab your coffee, and be poolside in about thirty seconds. There’s enough seating around the lanai that our whole group could hang out without feeling cramped, and the shade situation is perfect for those afternoon hours when the sun gets a bit intense. Parking was straightforward too – none of that circling around looking for a spot nonsense. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend confirming your arrival time because I think they prefer to meet you in person rather than doing the whole lockbox thing.

I will say, if you’re someone who needs absolute silence to sleep, you might want to pack earplugs. It’s not loud, but you’ll definitely hear some pool activity during the day and maybe some light conversation in the evenings. Personally, I found it kind of relaxing – sort of like staying at a friend’s place where there’s just enough life happening around you to feel like you’re somewhere special.   This was a very nice place to stay. It has two large bedrooms with king beds that are quite well furnished, and a smaller bedroom with two twins that has less furniture. The kitchen is great and it was nice to have the balcony. Also very nice were the pool and hot tub. We had trouble with the refrigerator and the managers sent someone to fix it. There's a nice pathway that takes you right to the ocean and a park.
