The house itself feels lived-in in the best way – like someone’s cool aunt decided to rent out her waterfront place. You can actually see the canal from most of the main rooms, and if you crane your neck a bit (or hang out on the upper level), there’s a decent ocean glimpse too. The “diamond” part of the name is still a mystery to me, but whatever. What matters is that seven people can spread out here without stepping on each other, which is honestly rare. The bedrooms are configured smart – there’s a master that parents will fight over, a couple of smaller rooms that work great for kids, and common areas where everyone can actually hang out together. The kitchen’s properly stocked too, not just the bare minimum you usually get in vacation rentals.

I’ll be straight with you – the check-in process is a bit informal (you might be getting keys from a neighbor or finding them in a lockbox), and don’t expect hotel-style daily housekeeping. But that’s kind of the point, right? You get the space and the views without paying resort prices. The water views are legit, especially in the morning when the light hits just right. You can hear some canal traffic during the day, but it’s more soothing than annoying – actually helped me sleep better than expected.   Great location! Parking is next door. We stayed for a night due to a last minute trip change. It worked out perfectly for what we needed. Apartment is small, but it was clean. I recommend for a small group or for a short stay.

  room was amazing for the price, would fit many people, up to 6 people comfortably, location is amazing, the hotel overall can be a little outdated but the rooms were clean and nice enough for my stay. especially with a lot of hotels having a lot of hidden fees and such this one did not have any (booking through booking.com)

  La ubicación es buena, tiene al lado un 7-11 en donde puedes realizar compras a buen precio y esta cerca a avenidas principales para fácil acceso. Hay zona de restaurantes cerca y el sector es bonito y seguro. La atención del hospedador fue siempre a tiempo y muy amable.
