It’s not some tiny splash zone – we’re talking about a proper pool where you can actually swim laps if that’s your thing.

What really gets me about this spot is the view. I’ve stayed at plenty of places that claim “amazing views” and you end up staring at a parking lot, but from this place you’re looking out over the KaMilo area with these sweeping sightlines that change throughout the day. Morning coffee on the lanai hits different when you’re watching the light shift across the landscape. The house itself feels lived-in rather than sterile – you know how some vacation rentals feel like nobody’s ever actually relaxed there? This isn’t that. The furniture’s comfortable, the kitchen’s stocked with stuff you actually need (not just the bare minimum), and honestly, the beds are solid. I’m picky about mattresses and I slept well here.

The KaMilo location works really well because you’re close enough to everything without being right in the thick of tourist chaos. You can walk to some decent spots, but you’re also not dealing with constant foot traffic or that resort-y feeling where everything’s orchestrated.
