The beds are seriously comfortable – like, sink-in-and-don’t-want-to-leave comfortable – and the bathrooms actually have decent water pressure, which seems simple but you’d be surprised how many places get that wrong.

I actually slept really well there, which doesn’t always happen when you’re staying somewhere new. The staff seems to genuinely know the area too – not just the touristy stuff, but like where to get good poke that locals actually eat, or which beaches are less crowded in the afternoons. You know what impressed me most? The little things worked. The Wi-Fi was solid, the air conditioning was quiet, and the whole place just felt well-maintained without being obsessively perfect. It’s the kind of spot where you can tell they care about the experience but aren’t trying too hard to impress you with fancy amenities you don’t actually need.
