The bed situation is next level too; they’ve got this perfect firmness that somehow works whether you’re a side sleeper or one of those back sleeper people. And the turndown service? They don’t just leave chocolate on your pillow – there’s this whole evening setup that makes you feel like royalty without being over the top about it. I was there during what seemed like a busy period, but the elevators never felt crowded and the common areas maintained this calm, sophisticated vibe throughout.

The Gold Experience part isn’t just marketing fluff, either. You get access to this executive lounge that’s actually worth using – great coffee in the morning, decent wine selection in the evening, and the evening hors d’oeuvres are substantial enough that you could honestly skip dinner if you wanted to (though why would you?). When I mentioned I was celebrating an anniversary, they didn’t just say congratulations – they actually did something thoughtful about it.   Phenomenal vacation at the Fairmont Orchid. We were on the Gold Floor. Worth every penny. Had an amazing room that overlooked the pool and ocean. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Staff at every level were friendly and kind. Browns Beach Club served delicious and flavorful food. Enjoyed a cabana rental at the lagoon one day. Snorkeling gear is included.. Would highly recommend this resort and the Gold Level.

  The gold level offered a private breakfast, drinks and snacks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered an area for adults only pool area. It was nice to relax without a brunch of children running around.

  해변 바로 앞이라 너무 좋았어요. 시설, 청결도도 너무 좋았고 정원을 너무 잘 가꿔둬서 감탄했습니다.
  골드는 같은 층에 라운지가 있어서 편했고 항상 마실 수 있는 음료나 시간 때에 따라 가벼운 음식이 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 그리고 라운지 앞에는 직원이 항상 있어서 물어볼 서 있어서 굉장히 편했어요~
