Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and this sixth-floor condo at KV602 honestly surprised me in the best way possible. The name’s a mouthful – “Full Ocean Sunset View, Fully Equipped 6th Floor Condo” – but they’re not overselling it. When you walk through that door, the first thing that hits you is this massive wall of windows facing west, and I mean, the sunset views are absolutely ridiculous. We’re talking about the kind of evening light show that makes you stop mid-conversation and just stare.

The space itself feels like someone actually lives there, you know? Not that sterile hotel vibe where everything’s beige and bolted down. The kitchen’s got real cookware (not those flimsy pans that drive you crazy), a coffee maker that actually works, and enough counter space to spread out if you’re planning to cook. The living area flows really naturally – big sectional couch that’s perfect for sprawling out after a beach day, and the dining table’s positioned so you can eat breakfast while watching the waves. Actually, the whole layout just makes sense, like whoever designed it understood how people actually use a space when they’re on vacation.

What really sold me though was the practical stuff that nobody thinks about until they need it. The AC units are newer and actually cool the place down (you’d be amazed how many rentals cheap out on this), there’s decent water pressure in the shower, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes. Parking’s included in a covered garage, which is honestly a huge relief – I’ve done the whole “circle the block for thirty minutes looking for street parking” thing too many times. The building’s pretty quiet too, at least when we were there in late spring. I imagine it gets busier during peak summer season, but the sixth floor keeps you above most of the noise anyway. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevator’s a bit slow, but hey, it beats hauling luggage up six flights of stairs. Honestly, for the rating it’s got – 8.7 out of 10 – I’d say that’s pretty spot on. It’s not luxury resort level, but it’s solid, comfortable, and that view… well, you’ll spend half your evening on that balcony with a drink just watching the sun disappear into the ocean.
