The staff actually knows your name by day two, which sounds cliche but it’s true – they’ve got this way of making you feel like you’re staying with well-connected friends rather than just checking into another hotel. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with these clean lines and natural materials that somehow manage to feel both modern and respectful of Hawaiian aesthetics. I particularly loved how they’ve incorporated local elements without going overboard with the tropical theme – you won’t find any cheesy tiki masks here.

Here’s the thing though – and this is important if you’re planning a trip – the location puts you right in the heart of Waikiki but the hotel itself feels like a sanctuary from all that energy. You can walk to basically everything (the beach is literally across the street), but when you come back at the end of the day, you’re not dealing with the party atmosphere that some of the other properties have. The pool area tends to stay pretty peaceful, even during peak season, which honestly surprised me. I did notice that parking can be a bit pricey, but that’s pretty standard for this part of Waikiki – most people end up walking everywhere anyway. The only minor thing I’d mention is that because it’s newer and more boutique-style, it doesn’t have some of the sprawling resort amenities you might find at the bigger properties, but honestly? That felt like a feature, not a bug. Sometimes you just want a really well-run hotel that does the important things exceptionally well rather than trying to be everything to everyone.

  Location is very convenient.
  Facilities are new, however the room is very cozy. It would be great if it is bigger with King size bed.
  Staffs are really friendly and very proactively reaching out to us to offer help. There are many special events during holiday season.
  You can see the Hilton fireworks from balcony, that is awesome.

  Great location. I wouldn’t stay here if we didn’t upgrade to ocean view w a patio. The view even between two hotels was spectacular. Getting Waikīkī view on Waikiki is worth it. . Room is new. Good comfy beds. Clean. With slippers robes. nice pool on 8th floor. (Only get sun a few hours a day)- good drinks. Near shops and restaurants and breakfasts places. Valet staff are nice and timely if giving a heads up when to leave. Short walk to the beach for sunrise.

  Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. You don't need a car at all but there is always taxis outside hotel if needed. Staff is very friendly and helpful with the aloha spirt. Rooms were modern, clean and fully stocked.
