Parking can be a bit of a headache (and pricey), but honestly, that’s true anywhere in this part of town. The front desk staff seemed to know their stuff when I had questions about getting around – they pointed me toward the better local plate lunch spots instead of just rattling off the usual tourist traps. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy amenities or Instagram-perfect everything, but for the price point, you’re getting a solid base camp for exploring the island without the resort markup.
