  Alex absolutely made the best impression of how a GSM should treat its guests. He went above and beyond. He and his staff are some of the friendliest on island. They absolutely excel in service. The hotel and amenities speak for themselves, but having the staff to be just as high class is all you can ask for! Mahalo for making this a home away from home. See y’all again very soon.
