Kamaole Beach Park II is literally right there – I mean, you can hear the waves from the lanai on quiet mornings. And it’s the good part of Kam II, where the locals bring their kids and the snorkeling doesn’t suck. The parking situation is actually stress-free too, which… if you’ve ever tried to find beach parking in Kihei during peak season, you know that’s worth its weight in gold. I watched people circle around for 30 minutes while I was already set up on the sand.

The Smart TV was clutch for those inevitable rainy afternoons (yes, it does rain in paradise sometimes), and the kitchen’s got everything you need if you want to hit up Foodland and cook some of that amazing local fish instead of dropping $40 per person at every meal. Honestly, the whole setup just works – it’s clean without being obsessively pristine, comfortable without trying too hard to impress. The AC keeps up with the afternoon heat, the beds are actually decent, and the wifi doesn’t cut out every five minutes like some places I could mention. My only tiny gripe? The shower pressure in the main bathroom is a bit weak, but the second bathroom makes up for it. Overall, this is one of those rare finds where the 10 rating actually makes sense – it delivers exactly what you want without any nasty surprises.
