But once you step onto that private lanai, everything clicks. The ocean views hit you right away, and I mean really hit you – not those partial glimpses through palm fronds that most places try to pass off as “ocean view.” This is the real deal, stretching out toward the Lanai Channel with those incredible Molokai sunsets that nobody talks about enough.

The condo itself sits in this quiet residential area where you’ll hear roosters in the morning (welcome to rural Hawaii, folks) and the sound of waves pretty much all day. It’s maybe a ten-minute walk to Kaunakakai Wharf, which is perfect because parking down there can be… well, let’s just say it’s easier to walk. The place has that lived-in feel that actually works in its favor – the kitchen’s got everything you need if you hit up Misaki’s Market for groceries, and the living area opens right onto the lanai so you’re basically living outdoors half the time. The furniture’s comfortable enough, though I’d say it’s more “beach house functional” than fancy resort style.

What really sold me on this spot was how authentic it feels. You’re staying in actual Kaunakakai, not some resort bubble, so you’ll see locals heading to work in the morning and kids riding bikes after school. The WiFi works fine (tested it thoroughly – no issues with video calls), but honestly you might find yourself forgetting about your phone once you settle into that lanai chair with a beer and watch the light change over the water. The rating of 7.2 seems about right – it’s not going to blow you away with luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises. And in a place like Molokai where your other options are pretty limited, having your own private slice of paradise with those views? That’s worth way more than the price tag suggests.

  Great location. Quiet. Perfect place to relax. Absolutely stunning views of Maui and Lanai.
  Condo has everything you need for your stay.- kitchen fully equipped, beach chairs, beach towels, comfy bed, big TV, BBQ area by pool, Pool, free parking, view is stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer!
