The location is pretty much unbeatable if you’re looking to be right in the heart of Poipu’s action. You’re literally walking distance to Brennecke’s Beach Broiler (their fish tacos are ridiculous), and Poipu Beach Park is close enough that you can hear the waves on quiet nights. The athletic club membership they throw in is actually legit useful — not some tiny hotel gym with two treadmills, but access to a proper facility where locals work out. I found myself there most mornings because, well, you feel less guilty about those mai tais later. The part ocean view means you’ll catch glimpses of blue between buildings and trees, which sounds modest but honestly creates these perfect little moments when you’re having your morning coffee on the lanai.

What really sets this place apart is how it manages to feel both relaxed and well-maintained without being stuffy. The plantation-style architecture fits perfectly with the area’s vibe — you’re not staying in some concrete tower that blocks everyone else’s sunset. The staff genuinely seems to know the island, not just the scripted recommendations. When I asked about snorkeling spots, the front desk guy told me about this little cove that’s better in the mornings before the tour boats show up (he was absolutely right). Sure, you might hear your neighbors occasionally — these aren’t fortress-thick walls — but it’s usually just families laughing or someone’s TV, nothing that ruins the experience. The trade winds do most of the cooling work, though there’s AC when you need it. Parking’s straightforward, check-in was smooth, and they have those little touches that show someone’s paying attention — decent coffee in the rooms, beach chairs you can actually borrow, that sort of thing. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying longer than planned because leaving feels like leaving a really good vacation rental, not just another hotel room.

  the plantation is beautiful, the sea views from the huge terrace is great. you have to go across the road to get to the pool, but it wasn’t to much problem for us as the apartment is at the top of the complex. kitchen and bathroom has everything you need, having a dishwasher is a plus.

  We really like to love the location with no little bit of the ocean view. The condo needs four more pillows so each person can have two. There was a bad smell of sewer coming from the toilet, particularly when you flushed it. There was only one beach chair it would’ve been nice to have two, the snorkels and fins were a nice touch as well as the small boogie boards. We really enjoyed the condo and would like to stay there again if the prices remain fair.

  The property was beautiful and well maintained. the beaches in the area were lined with amenities, everything you could possibly need is right up the road in a shopping center. Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

  Das Apartment hat für zwei Personen eine angenehme Größe und liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, wo man sehr schön schwimmen und vor allem schnorcheln kann. Über die Dächer der anderen Häuser hinweg ist das Meer vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keine Wünsche offen. Insbesondere die Betten sind sehr bequem. Am Strand von Poipu Beach waren regelmäßig Robben und Schildkröten zu Gast.
