  This is an excellent location, the unit is spacious, and the furniture was comfortable. We especially liked the high quality of the appliances and the upgraded bathroom. The balcony was enjoyable to use. The owner was very responsive when we asked questions.

Outlook orientation was great for the sun & breeze. Balcony overlooked leafy courtyard & shade areas. Far enough back from the road to minimise traffic noise. Two minutes walk to the beach.
