The name made me expect some massive sprawling complex, but it’s actually this surprisingly intimate three-star place that punches way above its weight class. I mean, a 9.0 rating isn’t something you stumble into by accident, and after spending time there, I totally get why people keep coming back.

The thing is, this place has figured out something that a lot of fancier hotels miss entirely – it’s the little stuff that matters. Check-in was smooth (no weird upselling attempts), and honestly, the staff seemed to actually remember guests’ names after day one. The rooms aren’t going to blow you away with marble everything, but they’re thoughtfully laid out with decent storage space and – this matters more than you’d think – really solid blackout curtains. I’m one of those people who needs complete darkness to sleep, and too many places cheap out on window treatments. Not here.

What really won me over was how the place feels during different parts of the day. Mornings are genuinely peaceful – you can hear birds instead of traffic, which is rare these days. The common areas have this lived-in comfort that makes you want to linger over coffee instead of rushing out. Pool area gets decent afternoon sun without being blazingly hot, and I noticed families and couples both seemed equally comfortable there. Evenings actually stay pretty quiet too, which tells me they’re doing something right with their guest mix. The grounds aren’t huge, but they’re well-maintained without that over-manicured resort feel that can feel kind of sterile.

I’ll be straight with you – this isn’t luxury in the marble-and-champagne sense. But sometimes you find a place that just works, you know? The Wi-Fi is solid throughout (tested it by the pool, no dead zones), parking was easy and free, and the whole vibe feels more like staying at a really well-run boutique property than a chain hotel going through the motions. For what you pay versus what you get, especially considering that 9.0 rating reflects real guest experiences, it’s honestly a pretty smart choice if you want comfortable without the premium price tag.
