A515 is well-equipped with everything you actually need — a full kitchen that’s perfect for those mornings when you want to make coffee and slice up some fresh pineapple from the local market. I mean, eating out every meal gets expensive fast on Maui, so having real cooking space is honestly a game-changer. The living area opens up nicely, and while it’s not huge, it never felt cramped during my stay.

Here’s where this place really shines — you’re literally a two-minute walk from Kamaole Beach Park II, which is one of those perfect family beaches with soft sand and gentle waves. But what I loved most was being able to walk to Kihei’s little strip of local spots. There’s this great fish taco place just down the road, and honestly, some of the best shave ice I had on the island was within walking distance. You’re also perfectly positioned between the airport (about 20 minutes) and all the Wailea resort action (maybe 10 minutes south) if you want to venture into fancier territory.

Free parking right on-site — and trust me, this matters more than you might think in Kihei where some places charge ridiculous fees or make you hunt for street spots. The whole complex has this relaxed, residential feel where you’ll see the same faces by the pool each morning. There’s a decent-sized pool area that gets good sun most of the day, plus barbecue grills if you want to grill up some fresh mahi-mahi from the local fish market. The restaurant scene in Kihei is actually pretty solid, but having the option to cook at home kept our food budget reasonable.
