Hotel Description
You know what, Maui Vista 1210 is one of those places that just gets it right without trying too hard. I mean, it’s not going to blow you away with marble lobbies or champagne service, but honestly? That’s exactly why it works. The whole complex has this laid-back, residential vibe that feels way more authentic than those massive resort towers you see everywhere else on the island.
The location is actually pretty sweet – you’re close enough to all the good stuff without being stuck in the middle of tourist chaos. I stayed here during shoulder season and the whole place had this perfect quiet energy, especially in the mornings when you could hear the birds over the distant ocean sounds. The unit itself was surprisingly spacious (these condos are way bigger than most hotel rooms), and whoever decorated it actually has taste – none of that generic tropical kitsch you usually get. The kitchen was fully stocked, which saved me a fortune since grocery runs to Foodland or Times are just a quick drive away. Speaking of driving, parking was never an issue, and that’s honestly worth mentioning because good luck finding a spot at some of the beachfront places.
What really sold me on this place was the pool area – it’s this nice middle ground between lively and peaceful. During the day you’ll have families hanging out, but it never felt overcrowded or noisy. The maintenance here is solid too; everything actually works (you’d be surprised how rare that is with vacation rentals). The Wi-Fi was reliable, the AC kept up with the heat, and the washer-dryer in the unit meant I could pack light. I did notice the walls are a bit thin – you might hear your neighbors if they’re being loud, but most people staying here seem pretty respectful. The only real downside is that you’re not oceanfront, so no dramatic sunset views from your lanai, but honestly the rates reflect that and you’re still close enough to hit the beach whenever you want. For a solid, comfortable base that doesn’t break the bank, Maui Vista 1210 delivers exactly what it promises.

I loved how close it was to the beach.

The property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The condo was very cool/ cold with the AC unit and ceiling fans which i loved. Self parking is a plus and our room was close to the elevator and the pool which was very convenient. The kitchen was well supplied, just wished we got to cook. We look forward to our next stay at the Maui Vista!

Amazing location, all the amenities of a beach home. Very easy to access with clear communication from the property . literally across the street from the beach in Kihei.

The renting agent was good and responsive but the local office/security was okish in customer support (maybe because the renting property was not managed directly by local office?) . Very convenient location — beach is across the street (5 min work); an ABC convenient store is ~10 min walk. The in room washer and dryer make the stay worth a lot as well.

Highly recommend. Condos are In good condition but felt pricey. Walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurant.
