The bed’s actually comfortable (I’m picky about this), and there’s enough counter space to spread out if you’re staying more than a couple nights. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re so close to the beach action. The building seems pretty well-constructed, and I never heard neighbors or street noise, which can be hit or miss in these beachside spots.

Here’s the thing though – and this is where that local knowledge comes in handy – you’re positioned perfectly to hit all the good stuff without the tourist trap pricing. There’s this little coffee place about a five-minute walk that locals actually go to, and the beach access point right by the Hilton is way less crowded than the main public entrance down the road. Parking was straightforward when I was there, though I imagine it gets trickier during peak season. The whole area has that relaxed beach town feel, but with enough nearby restaurants and shops that you don’t feel stuck if you want to venture out. Check-in was smooth – no standing around waiting or confusing instructions, just grab your key and you’re set. For a 4-star rating, it delivers on the essentials without trying to be something it’s not, and honestly, that 7 out of 10 rating feels about right. It’s solid, reliable, and in a spot where you’ll actually want to spend time.
