Here’s the thing that bumped this place up to a 9.2 in my book: it’s the little stuff they get right. Check-in was smooth, no weird surprise fees, and the WiFi actually works throughout the building. The housekeeping team is thorough without being intrusive – they’d reset the room perfectly but never moved my stuff around, which drives me crazy at other places. Location-wise, you’re close enough to everything that matters without being right in the chaos. I found myself walking to most places I wanted to go, and when I needed a cab, they’d show up quickly. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll find actual good coffee shops and local spots mixed in with the tourist stuff. Parking can be a bit of a dance if you’re driving, but honestly, most places around here have that same issue. If I’m being picky, the elevators are a touch slow during busy times, but that’s really reaching for complaints. This is the kind of place I’d book again without hesitation – and I’m pretty picky about where I stay.

  We liked the 4 bedrooms and the layout of the house, the pool, kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils, quick responses from Vacasa, beach and pool items, hot water, AC, and enough dishwasher pods, washer detergent and dryer sheets.
