The neighborhood’s got that lived-in beach town vibe, not the sterile resort feel you get in some places. There’s a little coffee shop around the corner that the locals actually use (always a good sign), and you’ll find yourself walking past the same dog walkers every morning. The rooms themselves are solid 4-star quality – nothing groundbreaking, but everything works and it’s clean. I particularly liked the little touches like decent hangers (you know the kind that aren’t attached to the rod) and blackout curtains that actually block light. The shower pressure’s good, which honestly matters more than fancy marble when you’re washing off a day of salt and sunscreen.

What surprised me most was how quiet it gets at night, even during peak season. The building’s set back just enough from the main drag that you don’t get the late-night bar crowd noise, but you’re still close enough to walk to dinner without calling an Uber. The front desk staff – well, they’re not going to win any enthusiasm awards, but they’re competent and know the area. When I asked about less touristy restaurants, the evening clerk gave me three solid recommendations that weren’t just the usual TripAdvisor suspects. The 8.0 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it hits all the important marks without any major disappointments.   The location is stunning, views amazing. Condo clean, simple. Comfy bed. Great shower! Parking included. Full kitchen, no dishwasher. Lanai was one of my favorite spots to watch the world go round. Quiet. Can walk to restaurants, shopping, beach.
