I mean, they weren’t kidding about the “fully remodeled” part – the kitchen has those quartz countertops that you see in home renovation shows, and the bathroom feels like it belongs in a boutique hotel rather than a vacation rental.

What really won me over though was how thoughtfully they set this place up for actual living, not just Instagram photos. The living room opens right onto this private patio area where you can hear the waves without dealing with all the foot traffic that higher floors get. You know what I loved? Being able to walk straight out to the beach without wrestling with elevators or hauling beach gear up and down stairs – especially after a long day when you’re sandy and tired and just want to collapse. The AC actually works (you’d be surprised how many beach places skimp on this), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without tripping over suitcases every two seconds.

The location itself is pretty sweet too. You’re close enough to walk to those little beachside cafes for morning coffee, but far enough from the main strip that you won’t have drunk college kids stumbling around at 2 AM. I noticed the complex has decent parking – not always a given in beach towns – and the whole area feels safe for evening walks. Honestly, the only minor thing I’d mention is that the WiFi can be a bit spotty during peak hours when everyone’s uploading their sunset photos, but that’s pretty standard for oceanfront properties. The kitchen is actually functional for cooking real meals, which saved us a fortune on restaurant bills, and having a washer and dryer meant we could pack light and not worry about running out of clean beach clothes. If you’re looking for that perfect balance of feeling like you’re in your own beach house but with all the updates and comfort you actually want, this place nails it.
