It’s one of those honest 3-star spots that doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not – and honestly, that’s refreshing when you’re tired of hotels overselling themselves with fancy photos that bear zero resemblance to reality.

The first thing that hits you is how quiet it actually is. I mean, I was expecting typical beachfront chaos, but B306 sits just far enough back that you get ocean views without the constant parade of tourists trudging past your window at 6 AM. The room itself has that lived-in comfort thing going on – not shabby, just… real. The furniture’s solid (none of that wobbly hotel nonsense), and whoever designed the layout actually thought about where you’d want to put your suitcase and charge your phone. Small things, but they add up. The bathroom’s surprisingly spacious too, which is something you don’t fully appreciate until you’re trying to get ready in a shoebox-sized space somewhere else.

What really sold me on this place, though, is the staff – they actually seem to care about whether you’re having a decent time. Look, the lobby won’t blow you away, and the hallway carpet has definitely seen better days, but the bones of this place are solid. The beds are actually comfortable (firm but not like sleeping on concrete), the AC works without sounding like a jet engine, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes. Plus, parking’s included and not some nightmare puzzle where you’re circling the block for twenty minutes. During peak season it gets busier obviously, but even then it maintains this sort of relaxed, no-pressure vibe that’s hard to find in beachfront properties these days.

  약간 좁은 감이 있었지만, 전체적으로 필요한 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어요. 6명(어른 3, 아이 3)이 지내기에는 약간 좁을 수 있지만 가성비 차원에서는 훌륭합니다.
  세탁기, 건조기, 식기세척기가 있고, 조리에 필요한 식기류가 충분히 비치되어 있었어요. 10명이 지내도 먹고 살 수 있을 만큼 접시와 컵이 많았어요.
  수영장이 편리했고, 바베큐장도 자유롭게 사용이 가능해서 편리했습니다.
  비치체어와 파라솔도 있었고, 아이들 모래놀이 도구도 있어서 좋았어요.
  바로 앞에 걸어서 갈 수 있는 해변가도 있고 좋았어요.
