Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about the Plumeria Suite? It’s actually got that boutique hotel vibe down pat, but without all the pretentious stuff that usually comes with it. Walking into this two-bedroom condo, I immediately got why they named it after plumeria flowers — there’s something genuinely tropical and relaxed about the whole space that doesn’t feel forced or over-designed.
The setup here is honestly perfect for families or couples traveling together who want their own space but don’t want to deal with connecting hotel rooms (we’ve all been there with those paper-thin walls, right?). Six people can sleep comfortably without anyone getting stuck on a pullout couch that feels like medieval torture. The bedrooms are actually separate bedrooms, not those weird studio configurations where someone’s sleeping three feet from the kitchen. I mean, the whole place has this lived-in quality — not sterile like most hotel accommodations, but not worn down either. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you could actually stay for more than a few nights without going stir-crazy.
What really sold me on this place was the little details that show someone actually thought about how people travel nowadays. There’s proper counter space in the kitchen (revolutionary concept, I know), enough outlets near the beds for everyone’s devices, and — this might sound silly — but the lighting actually works for reading at night. The boutique property itself has maybe thirty units total, so you’re not dealing with cruise ship-sized crowds at check-in or waiting forever for elevators. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly saved my sanity after driving around some of these tourist areas where you’re circling blocks for twenty minutes just to find a spot that costs more per hour than your dinner.
The 7.9 rating feels about right — it’s solidly good without being flawless. I noticed the bathroom fixtures could use a small refresh, and the Wi-Fi gets a bit spotty during peak hours when everyone’s streaming something. But honestly? Those are minor complaints when you’re getting this much space and privacy at a four-star property. The location works well for exploring without being right in the thick of the loudest tourist zones, so you can actually sleep past sunrise if that’s your thing. Check-in was smooth, the staff seemed to know the property inside and out rather than just reading from a script, and there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels more like a well-designed apartment than a generic hotel room. If you’re the type of traveler who values having room to spread out and a kitchen for those inevitable late-night snack runs, the Plumeria Suite delivers without the boutique hotel price tag that usually makes your credit card weep.

The host was accommodating for a last minute booking. We enjoyed the location, walking to the beach most of the days during our stay. We also enjoyed surfing and restaurants nearby.

We really liked the accommodation, right in front of the ocean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the palm trees and the water. It was a very spacious place.
The best part was having access to the pool right from the room. With two kids, this was the number one in comfort!Kristina from United States (9/10)
Overall cleanliness and neatness, pool, close proximity to the airport, and a kitchen for meals.
