Check-in was smooth, parking’s never an issue (thank god, because some Big Island places are nightmares for that), and the whole experience just feels… well, it feels like you’re getting away with something. Like you’ve found this incredible secret that most people don’t know about. The 10 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where the photos, as good as they might be, just can’t capture the full experience of being surrounded by that much natural beauty while still having all the comforts you want.
