You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name says “apartment” but honestly, it feels way more polished than most hotels I’ve stayed at lately. I mean, when I first pulled up and saw the free parking spot waiting (and trust me, actually having guaranteed parking is huge), I was already impressed. The mountain views from the windows are legit – not some distant peak you have to squint to see, but proper mountains that change color throughout the day.

The remodel they did here was clearly done by someone who actually travels and knows what’s annoying about most places. Like, there’s enough counter space in the bathroom to actually spread out your stuff, and the shower has real water pressure. The kitchen setup is thoughtful too – not just the bare minimum appliances, but things like a decent coffee maker and enough dishes that you don’t have to wash everything immediately. I found myself making breakfast there most mornings instead of hunting down overpriced hotel food. The whole space has this lived-in comfort that’s hard to find – it’s styled nicely but doesn’t feel like you can’t touch anything.

What really sold me though was how quiet it gets at night. During the day you’ll hear some normal neighborhood sounds, but evenings are surprisingly peaceful for somewhere that’s still close enough to actually get places easily. The bed situation is solid (I’m picky about mattresses) and the wifi actually works consistently, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but here we are. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that corporate hotel rigmarole where they try to upsell you on everything. If I had to nitpick, the lighting in the main room could be a bit brighter for reading, but there’s a good lamp by the seating area that works fine. I’d definitely stay here again, especially knowing I won’t have to circle blocks looking for parking or deal with paper-thin walls. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere real instead of just passing through.
