The whole 30th floor thing means you’re up high enough to feel removed from street noise, but not so high that the elevator ride becomes this whole ordeal.

Now, I’ll be straight with you – parking can be a bit of a puzzle at first (there’s a specific entrance you need to find, and it’s not super obvious), but once you figure it out, you’re golden. The building itself has that modern high-rise feel without being sterile or intimidating. Check-in was smooth, though it’s handled differently than a traditional hotel – more like an Airbnb situation where you get codes and instructions ahead of time. The neighborhood has a good mix of restaurants within walking distance, and there’s actually a decent coffee shop on the ground level that locals seem to frequent, which is always a good sign. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – these walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing your neighbors’ TV shows or midnight phone calls. The bed was comfortable (king-sized, memory foam situation), and the bathroom had good water pressure, which honestly makes or breaks a stay for me. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment comfort, this place nails it without trying too hard.

  convenient, comfortable. greatly set up in condo for all convinces inside to walk in and just enjoy, very nice view.

  ダイアモンドヘッドも目の前、海もよく見えました。（よくあるpartially ocean viewよりだいぶ。）お部屋には珍しくウォシュレットもあり、快適。パーキング付き、と言う点も◎。タオルもビーチタオルも充分に準備されてました。朝の時間はエレベーターがとても混み、毎階止まる感じでしたが、上層階だったので、乗れない、ということはなかったです。ただ、到着して、ドアを開けようと4ケタ（予めメールで頂いていた）を入力してもドアは開かず、、、途方に暮れ、管理会社に電話しなければならなかったことが唯一残念でした。
