My room had this wonderfully lived-in quality without feeling dated, if that makes sense. The air conditioning worked perfectly (crucial, trust me), and honestly, the bed was way more comfortable than I expected from a mid-range place. The location is sort of perfect if you ask me. You’re close enough to everything that matters but tucked away from the main drag where the tour buses idle all day. Parking was never an issue, which honestly surprised me given how crazy it gets around here during peak season. The 8.0 rating makes total sense once you spend time there; it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. The pool area gets busy around 2 PM when families settle in, but mornings are blissfully quiet. I mean, for the price point, you’re getting genuine island hospitality without the resort markup – and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.
