What I really appreciated – and this is something you don’t always get with these higher-end Waikiki places – is that it actually feels lived-in rather than sterile. The two bedrooms are well-appointed without being fussy, and both bathrooms are properly functional (you know how sometimes vacation rental bathrooms can be… questionable). The kitchen situation is solid if you’re planning to grab some fresh poke from Tamura’s or hit up the KCC Saturday market and want to eat in. Speaking of location, you’re right in the heart of everything but high enough up that the street noise doesn’t really penetrate – though you will hear the occasional helicopter tour, but that’s just Waikiki for you.

Now, I should mention that with a 7.7 rating, this isn’t going to be flawless perfection. The building itself shows its age in spots, and depending on when you visit, the elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours. But honestly? For the price point and the fact that you’re getting genuine penthouse views in one of the most expensive zip codes in Hawaii, those minor inconveniences fade pretty quickly. The sunsets from that lanai are absolutely ridiculous – we found ourselves planning our whole evening around them. If you’re looking for that quintessential Waikiki experience without paying resort prices, and you want space to actually spread out and breathe, this place delivers. Just don’t expect white-glove service or brand-new everything, because that’s not what this is about. It’s about waking up to that view and feeling like you’ve got your own little slice of paradise, even if it’s just for a week.

  Location was OK, we had our own car and could find free street parking a little walk away.
  Food trucks are just across the road and there are lots of nearby options.
  Shops are very close and was very convenient.

  とにかく部屋からの景色が最高でした！ホストが細かく連絡をくれて、連絡した到着時間には部屋に入れるようにしてくれた。洗濯機乾燥機で荷物が少なくて済んだ。毛布シーツもの予備がたっぷりあり、アメニティーも充実していた。高層階専用ののエレベーターですぐに部屋に入れるし、高層階なので虫も来なかった。

  ワイキキ中心街やアラモアナセンターへ徒歩で行ける範囲で便利だった。市バスで使うHOLOカードをABCストアで購入した後、そのカードにチャージができるコンビニ：セブンイレブンが、施設の直ぐ近くにあったのも良かった。洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋にあることも非常に良かったが、これが初めからわかっていれば、衣類の持ち込み量を減らせたと思う。冷蔵庫も大きいものがあり、スーパーで食材を買い、IHコンロで料理もできた。炊飯器があったことも助かった。食洗器もあるのでそれも便利だった。夕食時には施設の下にキッチンカーが営業しているので、そこで食事を購入して、部屋で食べることもできた。
