  Stayed 10 days for Christmas and New Years, overall the condo was nice. Convenient location. Walking distance to downtown Waikiki and the beach. The building itself is outdated but the condo was nice. Had everything we needed. The AC unit was on when we arrived, which was amazing since we weren’t use to the humidity. Neighbors were friendly and helpful with questions or directions. The restaurant next door, Rock Island was also wonderful! The condo is located downtown Waikiki so traffic noise is common. If that bothers you then I would not recommend this location.
