  It was spacious. We liked that some of the appliances were recently updates (washer and dryer). Kitchen was good. Furniture was a little aged but overall good.

  Great unit. One bedroom apartment. Clean and comfortable. There is a park d.t.fleming park about 2 miles away. Never got crowded,. Ritz Carlton has a burger shack on the beach. Just lovely.
