  Hosts were very responsive. The A/C was out while we were there, but the hosts already had someone attending to it before we even notified them.

  The location. Closeness to the Beach. It was easy to find our way around. Having private transportation made it easy to travel to places and explore.

  We ended up having to book another hotel and we stayed at the Westin because they never sent we the welcome package, then they didn't email how to get into the room until 6:44 pm! By that time I had secured our Hotel room
  at the Westin. I even actually called her at 12:00 noon regarding I haven't received anything and she said she would text me when the room was ready and the welcome package. Neither came at 4:00pm so we had no choice but book somewhere else.
  We will never book again with Maui Beach Ocean rentals and I should be receiving a credit back on my credit card.
  I'm very unhappy with the entire process and for any one out there thinking of booking at Maui Ocean rentals….
  I would run not walk from this place.

  Easy check in , beautiful property. Rooms are light , simple but very stylish. You can hear the sound of ocean while sleeping and very peaceful vibe
