  Management was very proactive with their communications and all questions I had were answered promptly before and during our stay. Lock box code was provided the day before together with detailed instructions on how to get to the unit and find the lock box. As we were on the island the previous week we were able to store our luggage at the office and it was actually delivered to our unit for us.
  
  The views from the lanai are spectacular. We enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset from our unit. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The neighbourhood is safe and it is easily walkable to Poipu Beach. It is an easy stroll to the Grand Hyatt where some of our friends were staying during part of our visit.
