Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re technically in Wailea, which means you get all the benefits of being near those gorgeous beaches and high-end shops, but you’re tucked away enough that it doesn’t feel touristy. The Grand Wailea and Fairmont are just a few minutes away if you want that resort experience, but honestly, I found myself preferring the quieter vibe here. Couples seem to really get this place (the feedback I’ve heard backs this up), and I can see why — there’s something romantic about having your own private sunset spot without fighting crowds for the view.

The Sunset Ritual

Every evening became this little ritual — I’d grab a drink, head out to the lanai, and just watch the sky change colors over the Pacific. It sounds cliché, but when you’re actually experiencing it from your own private space, it hits differently than watching from a crowded beach or resort deck. The western exposure here is perfect for this, and I found myself timing my whole day around these sunset moments. You can see Molokini Crater in the distance on clear days, and the view stretches all the way down the coastline.

  The property is perfectly situated for the most amazing sunsets. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into providing absolutely everything you'd need to enjoy a self-catering holiday.

  Condo was spacious and we appreciated 2 full bathrooms. THe bed was very comfortable and we especially appreciated all the "extras" the owner provided, ie beach towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer on site, stocked kitchen, WiFi and parking just outside our unit.
  I loved the fact we could open all the windows and experience the trade winds and the sunset from the lanai. We were able to walk to many restaurants and the pool was nearby. Overall the space was very nice and well kept.

  the owners have done an incredible job with providing amenities. pool, parking, shampoo/conditioner/soap, makeup cloths, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit WITH provided detergent and dryer sheets. beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler. we also fantastic on the king bed and each had our own full bath! the porch was perfect for mornings and evenings to relax.
